I used the search engine but received no hits. The admins are welcome to merge this if a Buckeye thread already exists. If not, check back for more images here.

In case you plan to use the August issue of SAMI as reference material for your Bicentennial Buckeye build, the bureau number of the Bicentennial T-2 is incorrect. They depict it as 157057. It was in fact 157056. Unless, of course there were two identical Bicentennial Buckeyes one number apart. Just thought you guys should know. I hope they at least got it right on the decal sheet.

T-2C 157056 VT-26 4 July 1976. The photographer is unknown there was no name on the slide mount. If you are the photographer, please let me know so I can update my digital files.

In addition, the VF-43 Buckeye 158904, appears to be incorrect in regard to markings (national insignia) and paint scheme. Please have a look at the above image and compare with the SAMI artwork.
Cheers,
Dave

That would have been a perfect opportunity for cockpit detail pics without seats installed. Did you get any pics of the 'pit???

unfortunately not. It was tucked away in the corner with a worn down C-47 and random parts and I didn't feel like climbing all over it. It was a stress release day, instead of a research day for me anyways.
