Default Hobbyboss TA-7C

I've been working on the Hobbyboss 1/72 TA-7C kit... nice kit but the cockpit is pretty much a blank canvas (you get decals for the flat, undetailed instuments and consols)... I added generic details with platic card, decals, and some spare photoetch items... also... I modified two seats from the Hasegawa AV-8B kits to represent the Stencil seats fitted to Corsairs late in their careers... seatbelts came from an Eduard T-4 set... Instrument panels and coamings aren't installed yet...[/IMG]

Default TA-7C unit markings....

Probably a Thai Navy Corsair... they have the only gull grey over white scheme (which I want to do) that has the Stencil seats, that I know of... BUT if someone has pics of a US Navy TA-7 in the hgh viz scheme and Stencil seats, please send me the pic or link...!

Thumbs up That's the one...

Yup... that's what I aiming for... I still don't have the decals yet though... Xtradecals is supposed to have a set on their 1/72 ANG/Foreign 2 seaters sheet, but I'm waiting on Twobobs to release them...

Unless someone has that sheet and would be willing to sell me the Thai markings...!!!?
