Contact Lucky Models via email. It took several emails and 30 days wait before I received replacement parts for an EA-6B Prowler.

Well I've been playing email ping-pong with Raymond Chung of Kinetic/Lucky Model for well over a month, still waiting on some replacement 1/48 Kfir parts... sigh...

Try going on the LuckyModel website and log in and go to your messages section, I did that for Decals and F-5 parts, and service was quick!

Cheers

I can only add to what Winnie says. I have had no problems emailing LuckyModel and they usually respond quickly. The F-5A canopies were badly moulded (I included photos of the parts) and they sent replacements for free. After they modified the tools to provide a starboard tip tank in the kit (and not just two port ones), I wanted an easy life, and this time I had to pay for the sprues, so if you want to get the sprues with the updated/improved tanks, you may have to pay a nominal fee for them.
