Default Looking for Dave Roof

Has anyone seen or heard from Dave lately I've been waiting for almost 3 months for 2 kits to arrive.

Before anyone jumps to his aid I've dealt with him on several occasions and I know he is not the fastest shipper but this is longer then anytime before.

I've tried emailing him on both his accounts with no luck so I thought I'd try here to see if anyone has had any contact with him.

Count me in as well. It started as an honest shipping mistake, followed up by some communication, then another attempt at shipping, followed by nothing and I haven't heard from him in a few months now. I'm less concerned by the lack of goods and more by the lack of communication. I too, hope everything is OK with Dave.

Additional info:
Just to be clear, as my above message isn't - Dave's always been good at some sort of follow up. He's not always prompt and it's never really bothered me, as we all have stuff going on in life that can get in the way of hobbies, so it's always been no biggie. And he's been really good in terms of customer service. It's just lately that I haven't been able to get in touch with him at all. I've left several emails, spanning a couple of months and have recently attempted various other methods of communication.

At any rate, it's just a bit strange. And like I said, I hope he's alright.

I am a bit worried for a different reason

His last list, I messaged him about some kits,,,,,,,he never answered,,,,,my wants are so strange that I almost never bump into wanting a kit that someone else wanted first

and believe me,,,,,,every time before when I offered him money for plastic, he answered

and I always got my kits from him before, too

Everything is being addressed this week and everyone will get items, refunds or both within the next few days.

For the first time in a few years, I am finally caught up with every single bill and almost all of my non-revolving debts are paid off!

My concentration and focus has been to get my family to this point. The situation I was in overwhelmed me and I completely blocked everyone out and let too many other things fall to the way side.

I got to the point that I didn't care if anyone was pissed, nor did I care about the hobby or any pending transactions. I didn't care if family was upset that I wasn't calling them and I didn't care if friendships were lost or broken.

Looking back, I regret some of the decisions I made and will be working really hard to rebuild burned bridges.

Dave

Good for you Dave! Tackling the debt bear and achieving freedom from it is a real victory! I bet you're able to sleep at nights now. I hope this means you'll be back. Lot of folks worried and missed ya.

I still have the master. It's in the 'to release' pile that will be going to a professional caster in a few weeks.
