My first one was a T-6 Texan. I got back into it a few years ago and was doing all WWII 1/48 scale. As soon as I finish my Blackcat I will be going to Cold War Jets. All branches and selected nations. Anyway I am still new to a lot of weathering and finishing techniques and looking forward to sharing some photo's and getting some tips from some of you out there.

Default Hello from the UK

My name is Lee, this looks to be a real good forum, thanks for letting me join. I've no military background or connection, still, I very much appreciate what all our folks do in the armed services. I live in a town called Milton Keynes which is equal distance between Upper Heyford and Alconbury. Sometimes I wish I was 10 years older, would have been real nice seeing some jets in action.

I'm mainly into cars and bikes but I mix things up a bit with 48th scale modern jets every now and then, sometimes even the odd WWII bird.

All the best.

P.S. Thanks to Mike Valdez for his help with the NF-16 VISTA details.

Welcome aboard Lee, great to have you as a member.
Something to offend everyone.

People who disrespect the American flag never had to worry about coming home under one.
