Default Mule numbering

Anyone know how the carrier deck tractors and carts are numbered on their bonnets and side; do certain numbers indicate where it works?

When I drove tractors on the Midway, the only reason I remember the markings for was to grab the best tractor before anyone else. . In reality, it's probably for identification by GSE ( the folks who maintained them) and Pri-Fly where the Boss is so he can chew yer ass over the 5MC for speeding or racing or doing all the other things your not supposed to do.

Let me know if you need examples of late 80's examples of those tractors. I got a few photos that might be what you're looking for....examples
