Great catch with only one updated LAU rail! I found that out when I researched my Allied Force build Mudhen.
Might be able to answer a question, did you paint out the crew names in ODF or was this only after the shoot down of the F-117 in Allied Force?

Thanks
Jon

Jon,
Yeah, there were a lot of subtle difference between then and now. Most of the LAU's were borrowed from the light grays. I have as much fun researching my subject as I do building it!!
They carried full crew names until the shoot down. Since the AB sheet has the current names, and I have no idea what was on them during the deployment, I left them off.

cheers,
Mike

Jon,
great build! do you have more pictures? I'm assuming Astra decals? If so, how were they? What colors did you use and how did you do your panel lines?? Maybe post some stuff in the flightline section and tell us how you did it?!

I've been working on weapons. I'm trying to make resin GBU-12's as I'm going to need tons of them for the various builds I've got planned, so that's taking time. I got the chaff/flare buckets install and getting her up on landing gear.

Ok, I lied. I've been working on my weapons load for this guy and was very pleased with my gbu-12's, so I thought I'd share what I've got.
on the mold blocks

and built up

(sorry, that picture sucks!)

three more to go and I can start painting them up.

thanks
Mike

you should! What a fun kit to put together. I had the whole thing built, including the resin cockpit painted, in about a week.
it takes me forever to paint one though....
