Default F-16 & F-15 Wheels Coming Soon

Here are the prototype masters for our upcoming F-15 and F-16 wheels and tire sets. These are all in 32nd scale, but will also be available in 48th and in some cases, 72nd. Note that the 32nd F-15 wheels will only fit the Tamiya kit. We're working on a Revell wheel set, though that may have to include struts, or the lower forks at the very least.

Note for the F-15 tires, there will be tire make options for 48th and 32nd scale.

The 32nd F-16 Block 1-32 and 40/42 wheels are designed for the Tamiya struts. Block 40 wheels for Academy will follow at a later date. The 32nd widened F-16 NLG fork and wheel are designed for the Academy F-16I/F. A separate design will be made for the 32nd Tamiya kit as well. 48th scale sets will adapted to the Hasegawa, Tamiya, and Kinetic NLG Struts.
We will post the final production cast as they enter full production.

They look awesome Mike. Are you going to have Strike Eagle wheels as well at some point? I'll certainly be picking up a set if/when you do.

The F-15C wheel has the Aviator Tire on it. The Michelin F-15 tire is not pictured, but I did have a sample on display at the show.

Strike Eagle wheels are definately on the list, but a little further down the road. If you recall the original hand patterns we were working; have since been abandoned in favor of an all new tool.

Thanks. It's good to see responses from you guys that came by our table and were able to see and/or hold the real samples. We plan to get these into full rate production real soon.

The products looked really good in person. I will definitely get the F-22 stuff, as it does make a big difference in the look of the Academy kit. Oh and Mike, it was really nice to finally meet you in person You really were not as scary as some people make you out to be

Cheers,
-Doug

Yeah I get that a lot, till people meet me in person.

Pleased to have met you too, though you were a lot younger than I anticipated,

Wish there would have been more to socialize, as time flies during the show and into the night life. You ought to make it more often, as these events are so much fun!

Really good stuff you had and it was cool to see most of it in person. The F-4 conversion was really well done, so kudos to you.

Certain wheels are going into production first week of September and will be availible a few eeks after that. The rest of the F-16 and F-16 wheels will trickle out throughout the Fall.

Check our website for updates; next one will be posted next week
