F-35B
Hi Gang:
I have started on the F-35B, Stealth for the Marines. So far it rocks. Everything goes together as advertised. No hitches anywhere. I have skipped around on this one, as I did the last. Been painting gloss white where ever I can and drilled the holes for the weapons pylons for later assembly. Pics below.     Much more on the way. Loving these kits! I really like this kit. Only thing to watch for is installing the intake, fan, engine assembly. Can be a real pain in the ass if you are not careful. There are posts on the engine that fit into upper and lower fuselage halves. Goes in in one fell swoop. I did mine in sections. Be careful with the shaft that goes from the forward fan to the engine face. PITA bigtime. Unless you want to put in in all in one shot. I am working on the doors for the fans and engine right now.
