Yep, I asked my older sister who was/is a graphic artist and painter and she told me how to make the correct blue. I remember being ecstatic when it only took a few minutes to get right.

The old Monogram kits are a great bang for the 1/48th F-4 buck! I build the Hasegawa kits for myself but when I've gifted built kits to friends or kids I'll do the Monogram kit.
