    Hi Mike,

    That's me Glad you liked the article, but I must also thank the people who took the time to discuss and offered opinions.

    Military Aircraft Monthly is now a reference magazine only (no modelling) which I think is a shame. Their "style" appreciated "wordy" articles rather than a host of glossy pics of the finished model, and I think that understanding the background for the subject is an important part of making a model look right. Can't think of a magazine that supports this style of writing now...

    I am a subscriber to "Model A/C Monthly" and saw a spitfire article by one "Jens Brandal". Tis you? If so, superb work & research on what is one of my favorite aircraft in 2 of my favorite spitfire schemes. I plan to have a go at the pink spitfire myself later, so I have a good ref handy now!

    Well, well done. Consider me officially envious.
